Very friendly staff, I felt safe and secure!
The property was spotless and gorgeous. The hotel was in a magnificent location near Abrantes, restaurants, and Ribatejo-stay here. Dessert restaurant Gelados Liz located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The rooms were recently refurbished and bright, with a balcony and a terrace. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had great views over the mountains. The overall atmosphere was ELEGANT, yet some staff members were not so helpful.

Make sure you stay in the king room with a balcony, garden, for example. The location is marvellous and peaceful and they have parking nearby. Also it is adjacent to a hill, the Bar/Restaurant and Abrantes😀

Brand-new hotel with incredibly nice and excellent staff and magnificent views over the mountains. Particularly good and excellent location, only a short distance to everywhere. Overall an excellent stay for business trip.

The room was excellent, spacious, and well-presented. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options with a beautiful view of the city and river. The staff were extremely polite and interested in ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The pool area was a big bonus, with comfortable beach chairs to relax on.
One minor drawback was that I could hear conversations from the corridor, but it quieted down after 10pm. Additionally, the restaurant occasionally offered buffet dinners instead of the à la carte menu, which was not ideal.

The temperature in our room was perfect throughout the night, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The shower had a convenient handle and a shower hair cap was provided, making it easy to avoid getting our hair wet if we didn't want to wash it.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel had a great selection of facilities including a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a health club. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. this place was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
